To start off John Cho (American Pie) and Kal Penn (Van Wilder) are comedic geniuses. They are still the greatest combination of relaxed and tense friends.
Harold Lee (Cho) and Kumar Patel (Penn) are declared as terrorists due to their ethnicity. So they are sent to Guantanamo Bay by the biggest dick head I have ever seen in a movie since Ghostbusters' Walter Peck.
Once again Harold and Kumar are sent on an adventure that brings the both of them closer together. The two end up learning life lessons and the ending is very enjoyable. Not to mention George W. Bush makes an appearance, which I found the highlight of the film. Well, alongside the "bottomless party" which Nichole Graves makes an appearance in.
Should I be ashamed that I recognized an adult entertainer in a film? Probably.
Anyways, this film was hilarious but had some laggy spots that I wouldn't mind skipping to get to the funny bits. But it's basically the same film as the first one, so despite there being new bits, it still gave me the same feeling as the original did. (Which was a feeling of pure joy).
8.5/10
